At Plan International Canada we believe everyone has a role to play in creating safe and inclusive environments. That means that as a participant of this event you have responsibilities, regardless of your age, to uphold. This code of conduct outlines what the responsibilities and expectations are.

As an active participant, I will:

Participate in all activities to the best of my abilities.
Represent myself, Plan International Canada and my community in a responsible manner on all occasions.
Not place myself in or cause situations that could result in personal danger, or in personal or professional.
Engage in open, spirited conversation.
Treat this community with dignity and respect.
Use this community as a resource to spread the word on issues that are important to my peers.
Share my opinions on issues and topics highlighted in the community in a respectful manner.
Report to Plan International Canada any information I come across in the community which makes me feel uncomfortable and/or is listed below on the will not list. All reports will remain confidential.

As an active participant, I will not:

Attack or harass an individual.
Post abusive, sexually explicit, offensive slang terms or obscene content (including statements directed to community members/other entities or images that are sexually graphic in nature).
Not place myself in or cause situations that could result in personal danger, or in personal or professional.
Reference personal information about others, including names or other information (last name, street address, phone number, name/location of school, online identification/screen name, email address, etc.)
Post personal videos, or any other information I do not want made public as all content posted to this community are deemed public.  This includes any comments related to content.
Post personal or commercial solicitation or advertising.
Post fraudulent, suspicious or misleading posts as we reserve the right to address factual errors.
Post updates that can be classified as spam, including chain letters, pyramid schemes, personal or commercial solicitation or advertising.
Perform acts of plagiarism by posting any intellectual property right of another.
Post content made in violation of any law or regulation, including media.
Engage in any form of sexual activity which involves the exchange of money, employment, goods, or services for sex, including sexual favours or other forms of humiliating, degrading or exploitative behaviour.

In compliance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People policy, Plan International Canada reserves the right to remove without notice participants who engage in any of the above negative behaviours.
